School year in New Zealand starts in early February. This year first term ended on Thursday before Good Friday and this school holidays goes on until the end of this week. With warm sunny weather (at least during the day) and the day at the beach with Mum and Dad, the kids must think it's summer holiday all over again.
Rabbit Island, around 4PM, Easter Sunday.
The sky, clouds and water are a wonderful backdrop for the children's holiday!
ReplyDeleteWhat are water temperatures like there? Over here (Rhode Isalnd, USA) it takes most of the summer to get up to 60+ degrees ( I think that comes to 15C).
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you enjoyed the same warm Easter weather as we did. Our kids went back to school today.

ReplyDeleteI think the parents are getting a bit tired of having the kids at home; I an definitely sick and tired of hearing all the screaming, crying and yelling from the two houses with littlies just behind me. Thank goodness it's getting colder - I can keep my windows shut...
How do people raise kids and stay sane at the same time?????
