KIWI DIP

According to many source this is the traditional KIWI DIP recipe.
1 can of nestle reduced cream + 1 packet of Magge onion soup mix + 1tsp vinegar (or lemon juice).

Honestly? I like mine but it will cost little more.

Whipped cream cheese block (or spreadable one)
+ chopped cold smoked salmon bits (almost to be minced)
+ lemon juice
+ Very finely chopped shallot
+ pinch of dill
+ bit of salt & pepper for your taste

Blue Sky

Today, it was mostly fine. Little (gentle) rain in evening but not too serious. Thanks for those people working hard to clean up the mess around town!

I'm back! I'll resume posting slowly but steady pace until I have accumulated enough photos to be posted here.
