Incidentally, the place now known as Harry's Bar a block away used to be a fancy restaurant called Chambers - great food, nice art works; I don't know why they sold the business.
Nathalie, isn't that neat naming of the bar? I like this sort of wit for naming. We have English style Pub called "Honest Layers" and guess what. lot's of layers gather there. I only remember our old friend said that (name) is oxymoron.
I haven't been inside but looks like not bad and It has a good atmosphere (at least a bar side). I think the food is kind of normal pub meal style. Well, I can only guess.

Clever name for the place. Some one had their thinking cap on with that one.

ReplyDeleteI've forgotten about the Chambers.
What a name! Wonder if I'd go there and have a drink if I were really waiting for a verdict? might be a bit hard to take...
