    I just checked the soles of my 3-year-old's feet, but could not find her 'best before' date!
    No problem keeping her cool here in Minnesota....

    I always thought it best for children to be kept in a pool learning to swim under a hot sun. Oh well :)

    Keep them cool and dry and preferable up on a high shelf so that they can't get into any trouble!

    Thanks for your visits, people. My niece is about to turn one, so I told my brother about this, but I don't think he liked it... Oh well, happy child-raising to those of you who have them!! (My mom who's visiting right now says it's the parents that need to keep cool and dry!)

    I hope she's enjoying the heat, too. It's so hot I feel like my brain will come out if I blow my nose, but they're loving it!

    flax and flaxseeds again.

    I take 1 capsule every other two days. Hmmm does that mean i am an infant, according to the recommended dose?

    And where shall i be stored???
