The hay is the barrier, in case the trolley crashed or brake is not working. We are standing far from gold line so welcoming the people just finished their run.
ReplyDeleteWhat's funny is when I first saw the bales of hay, I thought they were some weird parade float coming along before the little trolleys. Looks like a fun event.
