Last weekend, again. I turned around from the boardwalk shot and to my trepidation, a container was swinging in the air in the strong wind. I watched until it was set on the ground, twice, after 15 minutes. From the sounds of it the box was empty, but still scary.
It's election day today, all over New Zealand.
