  2. I have to say I'm totally jealous: here, in France, we must wait a looooong time before enjoying lilac again. Sigh...

  3. See, I'm not the only one. Stop taunting me with warm weather images. I know I don't have to look but I can't help it. No one is forcing me to tell you it's another beauty either. It is cold grey and wet here.Blargh!

  4. Absolutely choice!
Nikon Dxx with which lens, Ben? Almost looks like a mirror lens from the circular out-of-focus distortions?

    PS
    Knock knock
    Who's there?

    Lilac who?

  5. This is by far, my favorite flower in the world. I just love them. Unfortunately, they don't grow in Phoenix but, a few miles north at a higher elevation they are beautiful in our spring.

  6. Thanks, everyone!

JB it's the 60mm AF Macro in the lightly rainy day. I saw some raindrop on my filter after the shooting. That may or may not contribute the circular distortion, but I'm not 100% sure.
The Bokeh (OOF distension) from mirror is more like doughnuts/ring shape, isn't it?
