How lucky I am. It's in here and I can see it from our lounge.

    I wish all the urban lights ware temporary cut to fully enjoy this lifetime opportunity. Perhaps that is a too much to ask. I'm happy with the result with what I have as a opportunity and equipment wise.

    Yes, we did catch it. This was the 3rd day I saw the comet.
    The first day was from the top of near by hill. A guy at there was so kind and lend me his binocular to watch a little. (Thanks! if you seen this). So, now I know where to look for, and realise it is an exact direction from our lounge window (the big one). The next day I watched with Meg, and the 3rd day I took this, despite my believe of not enough slow shutter speed on my digital camera. It better try than do nothing, so I did. As a result? bunch of those photos! I'm pleased.

    Hi
    We saw the comet while it was visible in the northern hemisphere and had three evenings when the sky was clear for us to see it. I put a picture on my blog january 12, if you compare the two pics, you can see it wasnt as dark as your comet, no stars on my pic.
    You are lucky down there, this is the brightest comet for 40 years or maybe even longer and is brighter now then when we could see it.
