There was Never Fancy Map/Signs When I Worked Here

When I worked there, 1997-2000, it was called Nelson Polytechnic, which became Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology. Since March it's been Te Pukenga, which is the name for a whole group of former polytechnics around the country; no doubt they will change it again to include some kind of regional marker. I hope. The main building is on Hardy Street.

  1. I made it through two name changes. Happy I'd moved on before the 3rd. Unsettling times...

    1. I remember the badly re-re-reprinted B/W A4 copies I had to give away. At times it was easier to talk people over to their destinations. :-D
