Or even worse... my partner works in the office above the bakery and they can often smell the baking aroma from downstairs.... very tempting :)
ReplyDeleteEstbau, when we first came to New Zealand, we almost rented an apartment above an Indian restaurant. What an adventure that would have bee; I think that's one of those things we should have done but didn't because we were being "sensible".
ReplyDeleteMeg - I guess the smells from the Indian kitchen would have been nice for a while but getting very annoying in time.
ReplyDeleteFree Indian Food should have been part of the rental contract I would say :)
