ReplyDeleteIt was from annual Masked Parade event that starts Ne;son;s summer arts festival. The Parade was on last Friday. Some bit odd, some cute kids, every one had a great fun.
Looks like they are having a lot of fishy fun! I love the fish hats!
ReplyDeleteSomeone else commented at the parades that this year there WERE a lot of fish. Every year they have a theme, usually environment-related, but I don't know what it was this year.
