As someone who has coveted a KitchenAid mixer with a dough hook for ages but hasn't got one yet, (and also a new washer and a dryer, and a comfortable couch, but I guess the garden shredder is coming first?) I had a serious dough hook envy at L'Artisan Bakery at Founders Park on Friday. The bakery these days are "manned" by Julie's son Charlie most days; he or the Mrs (??) can also be found at the Wednesday market at Fashion Island.Breathtaking, yes?
