Last Night Around 8

The New Zealand ( bag)Pipe Band national championship is taking place Friday and Saturday. One group is staying so near us I can hear the dry drumming. They practiced until after eight last night and resumed a little after nine this morning. And I can't get enough of it. This was me hanging out of the window trying to decide where the music came from. And, oh, we had pretty clouds.

6.15AM

Ben had to go to a meeting in Wellington this morning, and I've been up since a little after 5. At 6.15, with breakfast done, I thought I'd try the Starry Sky option on my camera. In real life the lights aren't anywhere near as numerous nor bright. And it's a tad too early to get out to weed.

Rain then...

Quite heavy rain yesterday and some in early this morning.

The Rocks Road, on the water front, is closed or limited access.



It is expected with those rain but It may be opened by now...  


Well we have another blue sky covering over our head now.

I don't get out much these days. It's nice when I do go into town and find nice things, though.

It looks like another one (Toyworld) is going or going to renovate ( hopefully ) ...  Lot's of change...

May favourite local camera shop is closing down!? 

Where should I send my undeveloped film now? ( and just need for small things to replace in hurry.)  

They just accept my humble request like just develop and nothing else and cut the strip to how I like (6 frames per strip and not that shorty 5 frames) without any question.

Well, my film shooting is very very very VERY slow... even though...  just shock..
