Pic's Peanut Butter
My (Meg's) Philosophy Professor and the Mrs from Minnesota have been visiting Nelson and the Mrs found out abuot our peanut butter factory tours, so we went Friday morning. We knew such thing existed but, you know, it's one of those things you wait for a keen visitor to want to see.
Pics started in one man's house not so long ago but now it's in a spiffy sesmi-automated factory, but soon they will have a much bigger factory with five fully automated production lines nearby. The tour is interesting, full of Pic's history, but not overlong, so perfect not only for peanut butter afficionados but also for kids. Free, but must book ahead. https://www.picspeanutbutter.com
