    1. It's an espresso based black coffee. Usually double shot that clots on the hot water. This shop serve it stronger and give separate hot water jar for customer to adjust strength. Our coffee is normally espresso base... Without hot water, it called short black and normally single shot unless you asked for extra. A ristretto is a strong version of those. Shot black with dash of milk is called mikiato, Don't you have it in there, Kate? Maybe one like latte, flat white cappuccino ring a bell.
