Designers, Meet Tabatha

Yesterday was so sunny this is the best I could do to reduce the reflection, but can you see the dress? It's actually the top part of the dress that surprised me.

    I had a hard time showing the details, though. The skirt is made of wigs, and the top pins and curlers??
