Liquid Alchemy

We went to the open day on Saturday.

I got back home with a bottle of very nice "crafted" Gin (Batch 1, bottle 210/237).   I have out of rose lime juice but had a fresh lime version of Gimlet when I got back.

And these guys waving back. So, not the big city high rise, but in that wind, it's still a pretty gutsy job.
